The
various forms and documents you need to establish and administer the American
Endowment Foundation's Donor Advised Fund are available online for your
convenience.
You must have Adobe
Acrobat Reader to view the information. Please note that the forms
cannot be filled out online. You will need to print the form, then follow
the mailing or fax instructions indicated on the form. Please contact

any of these documents mailed to you.
Instructions
for Viewing, Downloading and Printing a PDF Document
To view,
download, or print a PDF document, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader
version 3.01 or later installed on your computer. To print a PDF document,
you need a printer with graphics capabilities. Instructions for obtaining
the free Acrobat Reader software are available on the Adobe Acrobat Reader
site.
How
to use Adobe Acrobat Reader
To view a
PDF file in your web browser’s window, click on the links to the
PDF file above. Depending on how your browser is configured, you may not
be able to view the PDF file right away when you click on the link. If
you get a dialog box:
- Click
on the "Save" option.
- Designate
where on your hard drive you want to save the PDF file and note the
file name.
- To open
the file after you’ve saved it, locate the PDF file in your computer’s
directory and double-click on it.
To save a
PDF file to your computer:
- Click
on the link to the PDF file using your right mouse button (for Windows
systems) or click and hold (for Macintosh systems).
- Choose
the "Save As," "Save Target As," or "Save Link
As" menu item from the drop-down menu.
- Designate
where on your hard drive you want to save the PDF file and note the
file name.
To open the file after you’ve saved it, locate the PDF file in
your computer’s directory and double-click on it.
- To print
a PDF file, click on the Printer icon on the Acrobat Reader toolbar
while the file is open.
